My Story
Hi, I’m Nico. I’m based in Cape Town and I’ve always loved the outdoors — camping, exploring, and finding those quiet places you only reach by 4x4. I’m an ex-policeman, which shaped the way I guide: prepared, safety-minded, and focused on keeping the group relaxed and confident on the road.
When you travel with us, you’re not just following a route — you’re joining a well-planned adventure. I’ll guide you at a comfortable pace, help with tricky sections, and make sure everyone enjoys the journey, the views, and the camp setup. Whether you’re new to overlanding or you’ve done it before, you’re in good hands — let’s go explore.

A hearty hello! I’m Candice - the outdoor loving host for our She Adventurer trips.
I’m happiest on the open road, around a campfire or somewhere under the stars. Having explored a fair bit of Southern Africa through overlanding, I love bringing people together to experience the beauty of nature, discover new places and enjoy the freedom that comes with the journey.
I take care of the finer details so you can simply arrive ready to explore - especially if you’re a busy woman who loves nature and adventure, but appreciates having the structure already in place.
You bring your vehicle, your camping setup and your sense of adventure. I bring the route, the planning, the structure and the company - while still giving you the freedom to enjoy the journey in your own way.
